About The Position
Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. What You’ll Do Work as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing commercial properties Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials while keeping tools organized and maintained Follow direction from Crew Leaders and help keep job sites clean, safe, and completed on time Occasionally assist with landscape construction or enhancement projects Take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces What You Bring 1–2 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person) Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license is a plus What You Get Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holiday pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement into Crew Leader and other roles A supportive, team-oriented work environment The Physical Side This role requires physical stamina including frequent walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment. Requirements
- 1–2 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person)
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers

- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
