About The Position

-Maintain working knowledge of the Bank’s commercial loan products, services, policies and procedures -Build and maintain loan files in the Bank's loan origination system for the life cycle of the loan -Assist in collecting necessary documents on new and existing clients to meet both CIP and beneficial ownership requirements including reviewing entity operating agreements, bylaws, etc. -Assist in requesting client financial information and deliver to the appropriate teams -Order title commitments/appraisals for real estate loans and have an understanding of what they reveal -Review file documentation and proactively identify and resolve any issues before submission -Collect information needed by the lender, credit underwriting, or other teams within the bank and contact clients about sensitive matters, including overdrafts and past due payments -Communicate extensively with multiple third parties including attorney's, CPA's and title companies in a professional manner -Monitor the phone lines of multiple lenders effectively, speaking courteously to clients, third parties, and business owners. Deliver messages to lenders and other team members and handle client requests in a timely manner -Monitor borrowing base certificates, construction draws, documentation exceptions -Prepare monthly reports for lenders to accurately reflect the status of the loans within their portfolio -Exercise good judgment to discern and prioritize completion of tasks -Complete all tasks and training before deadlines -Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies, procedures, and standards -Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader PM22
