About The Position

A highly respected and customer-focused insurance brokerage in the Bay Area is searching for extra support in the commercial lines department and wants to add a dependable Account Manager. The ideal professional will likely possess the following insurance experience, organizational skills, and strong management skills. In this role, you will closely assist with client needs, and oversee the company’s products and services.

Requirements

MUST reside in the United States
Experience - You have 1-2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
Software - You are proficient with AMS360, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with organizational skills.
MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agriculture accounts is a plus!

Responsibilities

Pursue new business within our existing client base.
Drive marketing and sales initiatives for new commercial lines growth.
Empower clients with a clear understanding of their coverage and policy details.

Processing certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
