Here’s where you come in: We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. You’ll be servicing the day-to-day needs of our insureds and managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal. Other tasks include managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).

Requirements

Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications.
You should also have at least 3 years insurance account management experience
Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge of these applications will help.

Nice To Haves

If you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus.
