You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewAs a Commercial Manager – Latam Distributors for CROCS you will hold end to end commercial responsibility for a portfolio of Crocs Distributor markets.  You will act as the primary commercial partner to distributors, ensuring alignment with Crocs’ brand strategy, seasonal priorities, and commercial goals. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, digital, merchandising, operations, finance and customer operations.  You will manage Crocs’ growth through effective GTM execution, market development, and operational excellence. This is a high visibility role within a fast-growing global brand.  The position includes market travel across Latin America.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial management, account management, or international sales – ideally within footwear, apparel, fashion, sporting goods or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing distributors, agents or international partners.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, managing multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Spanish speaker.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial performance for assigned distributor markets, including sell-in, sell-through, revenue, stock management and profitability targets.
  • Lead the annual planning business process with distributors, providing strategic input, performance reviews and growth recommendations.
  • Identify market opportunities and risks, develop corrective action plans with distributor partners.
  • Ensure full Crocs brand adoption across regional channels, DTC and wholesale.
  • Develop 3–5-year market strategies and manage annual operating plan.
  • Serve as the main commercial contact for distributors, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Support seasonal GTM execution including line reviews, assortment planning, pricing guidance, and order book management.
  • Ensure alignment to Crocs brand standards across merchandising, retail execution, digital presence, and pricing architecture.
  • Work closely with Product merchandising to drive the right assortment strategy by market and channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns, secure assets, and ensure consistent Crocs brand storytelling.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure accurate order placement, inventory availability, on-time delivery and demand accuracy.
  • Liaise with Finance on budget tracking and credit management.
  • Drive the roll-out of minimum required new store openings and refits in collaboration with Franchise Retail.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, demand planning inputs and sales projections for assigned markets.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare structured reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support negotiation and management of distributor agreements, ensuring compliance with commercial frameworks and Crocs’ policies.
  • Support seasonal GTM execution including line reviews, assortment planning, pricing guidance, and order book management.
