We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Analyst who will support the Sales organization by managing pricing data, assisting with quotes and customer onboarding, and providing reporting, and performance tracking data to the commercial team. This role ensures pricing accuracy, governance, and visibility while enabling Sales teams across the U.S. and Europe to focus on customer relationship building. The position works cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Commercial leadership and is a hands-on, execution focused role with direct commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; preference for Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or in a similar function
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., lookups, modeling, tables, graphing, calculations, automation)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-region or international sales teams
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Cognos and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to pricing governance, revenue optimization, or pricing process management
  • Technically proficient with strong interest in automation and AI-enabled tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret, validate, and contextualize commercial data
  • Ability to efficiently update data based on direction from Commercial leadership
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations both verbally and in writing
  • Commercial or customer-facing background to assess data reasonableness and business impact

Responsibilities

  • Maintain pricing records, rate matrices, and related quote data in Salesforce
  • Update and manage sales quotes for Account Managers
  • Support pricing updates and price increase implementation in coordination with IT
  • Ensure pricing governance, data accuracy, and compliance across regions
  • Develop global KPI reporting and performance dashboards in SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Cognos. Gather input from Commercial Managers and work with the SalesForce and IT teams to create these.
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to collect and analyze sales related data track performance against KPIs globally
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Act as a key connector between Sales, Commercial, and IT teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing, reporting, and dashboarding processes
  • Support adoption of tools, reporting standards, and best practices
