About The Position

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for translating commercial strategy into disciplined execution, scalable processes, and cross-functional alignment across the Active Nutrition business. This role operates at the center of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, and Product Development—ensuring that strategic direction set by Sales & Commercial Operations Leadership is executed with precision, speed, and consistency across pricing, commercialization, item setup, and trade management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Ops, or Project Management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the core commercial operating system, including: Pricing workflows and governance, New Product Development (Stage Gate) commercialization, Item setup and data integrity standards, Trade and promotional execution.
  • Ensure all processes are clearly defined, documented, consistently executed, and scalable across channels
  • Translate product and commercial strategy into retail-ready execution plans, including pricing, item setup, and launch timing
  • Lead cross-functional execution and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain; hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Own project management, communication, and timeline tracking for key commercial initiatives from concept through post-launch
  • Identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and drive resolution to protect timelines and execution quality
  • Partner with Sales & Commercial Operations leadership to operationalize pricing decisions and ensure accurate execution across all systems and retailers
  • Enforce SOP adherence for pricing changes, trade agreements, and promotional mechanics
  • Support pricing analysis and ensure readiness for line reviews, resets, and promotional planning
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure forecast alignment, inventory allocation, and in-market readiness
  • Establish and enforce data standards, validation rules, and timelines to ensure item setup accuracy
  • Ensure flawless execution through coordination with analyst and coordinator resources
