Requirements

Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including undergrounds, retrofits, and new construction
Journeyman Plumber license preferred, but will consider candidates with strong hands-on commercial experience
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to solve problems in the field
Ability to work effectively on-site with multiple trades and team members
Commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining jobsite professionalism
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a driving record and background check

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and multi-unit buildings
Perform underground piping installations, retrofits, and new construction work
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements
Work closely with other trades and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
Troubleshoot plumbing issues using strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
