Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance risk management or a related field.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Hunger and eagerness to succeed in a competitive environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities

Generate $100,000 in annual revenue through the acquisition and retention of commercial accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
Participate in team meetings, shadowing sessions, and assessments as part of the onboarding and integration process.
