About The Position

Cirrus Asset Management, Inc. is currently seeking a Commercial Property Management Coordinator to assist with three assets located in Buena Park, Fullerton, and Santa Ana California. The position will assist with day-to-day property management needs for the above-mentioned assets, two of which are commercial industrial and one regional mall. COMPANY BACKGROUD: Cirrus Asset Management, Inc. is responsible for the asset management and operational services in Commercial (Office, Retail, MOB, Industrial, Redevelopment) and Multifamily product types. Our properties are predominately located in California, Hawaii, Washington, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. Requirements

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects while prioritizing more urgent.
  • Possesses quality writing skills, both technical writing and professional business communications.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate attitude, outgoing and focused work ethic.
  • Thrive off of team, pace and urgency.
  • A minimum of one year of successful property management experience in a commercial office environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and fully understand commercial leases. In addition to abstracting leases, and critical lease provisions.
  • Ability to effectively present information to tenants, business owners, and Cirrus’ leadership team.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with maintenance or service ticketing system software such as Angus preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Using solid organizational skills, track and report work orders, leasing inquires, and TI projects.
  • Schedule, follow up, and coordinate with vendors and tenants.
  • Support lease contract-related document preparations (Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) and possess a working knowledge of core lease clauses and provisions.
  • Works closely with the Division Head, Asset Manager, and the Property Manager in regard to Landlord Work and Tenant Improvement related estimates.
  • Visit assets performing monthly property inspections, and to meet vendors/tenants.
  • Effectively follow up with tenant(s) regarding outstanding A/R.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments, proficiently and accurately process A/P.
