About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to support commercial and industrial projects only. This role requires a licensed professional who can independently diagnose, repair, install, and maintain complex refrigeration and HVAC systems in the field.

This position will cover S. New Hampshire, Bridgewater MA, Rhode Island and N. of Boston. You can live in and around any of these locations. Company commercial projects are located in and around these areas.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician (RT) Journeyman License
• License must be active and verifiable through the Massachusetts Department of Labor
• EPA 608 Certification (required by state and federal law)
• OSHA-10 Certification
• Hot Work Certification
• OSHA Silica Certification
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial environments only
• Ability to independently repair, fix, and install refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the service area

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, troubleshoot, and install commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, boilers, VRF systems, heat pumps, split systems, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts state regulations and federal safety standards
• Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team members
