Farha Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our commercial roofing crews in Wichita, Kansas. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with commercial roofing expertise who can ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or Lead on flat/low-slope commercial roofs.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety protocols.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

Leadership / Foreman Experience: 2+ years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead commercial roofing crews on flat and low-slope commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt).
Ensure safety compliance on all job sites and enforce company safety policies.
Manage daily project operations, including job setup, materials, scheduling, and quality control.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors on site.
Train and mentor roofing crew members, fostering a team-focused, professional work environment.
Maintain accurate job documentation: labor hours, material usage, and project progress.
Identify and solve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and budget.
