About The Position
Nations Roof, one of the Top commercial roofing companies in the U.S., is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Inspector to join our growing Rowlett, TX location. This is a hands-on, salary position that plays a key role in building repair scopes, evaluating roof conditions, and supporting overall project success—from small repairs to large-scale roof replacements. Must have commercial roofing experience for consideration. Requirements
- 5 Years Commercial roofing experience (inspection, service, or estimating background preferred)
- Ability to climb ladders and navigate rooftops safely
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Tech-savvy with ability to document findings and communicate clearly
- Valid driver’s license with a insurable MVR
- Must pass a drug screening
Responsibilities
- Performing on-site roof inspections for management reports and condition assessments
- Developing repair scopes, take-offs, and photo documentation for service and re-roof projects
- Assisting with estimating and bid preparation
- Assisting with sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors.
- Supporting quality control during repairs and large project execution
- Collaborating with foremen, service techs, estimators, and project managers
