Position: Roofers and General Laborers In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality roof installations, repairs, and re-roofing projects.
Requirements
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
- Enjoy working outdoors and with tools.
- Willingness to learn and work safely.
- Comfortably working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to travel out of state as needed for certain projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform labor on commercial roofing projects, including tear-offs, re-roofing, and roof repairs.
- Install and maintain various roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofing.
- Assist with the installation of metal roofing components such as flashing, wall panels, fascia, and soffits.
