Your Purpose in this Role The Commercial Service Plumber will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems for various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial sites, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Pay $32 - $38 plus incentive bonuses - Pay Rate Determined in Interview

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a commercial service plumber
Valid plumbing license
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
Experience with commercial plumbing systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, heating, gas lines)
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Ability to think outside the box

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial buildings
Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing services
Respond to emergency plumbing service calls in a timely manner
Provide accurate information for estimators for repairs, and/ or service work
Ensure all work is compliant with local plumbing codes and safety standards
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional service
Collaborate with the service manager and team members on larger commercial plumbing projects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and plumbing technologies
