The Commercial Banking Administrative Analyst will work closely with the laws of consumer and commercial lending and Bank policy and procedures. The Analyst will partner with Commercial Banking Administrative Assistants in monitoring loans in process, fees collected, and withdrawn/denied/incomplete requests.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of banking or admin experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of loan scoring and loan documentation software is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Credit Quest for compliance with Reg B approval timelines and for processing of withdrawn/denied/incomplete requests.
  • Review all loan files for accurate and complete documentation.
  • Run and monitor the department document exception report.
  • Audit loans to ensure Small Business loans are booked with correct branch codes.
  • Prepare and monitor the delinquent tax report.
  • Will interact daily with Lenders and AAs to meet client needs.
  • Scan documents into Centerdoc.
  • Assist Supervisor with Business Banking procedure reviews to ensure they are kept current.
  • Support all Business Banking offices as needed.
  • Prepare additional reports for the team and assist Administrative Assistants as needed.
  • Establish rapport with clients and identify their needs.
  • Strive to provide World Class Service experiences while following our Essentials of Excellence through all interactions.
  • Will work on special projects as needed.
