Tanner Jewelers in SLC is looking for a Communication Coordinator who is eager to provide the highest level of service to our internal staff and external customers. Requirements

  • Ability to use Microsoft products with proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require occasional Saturdays, and/or holidays
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
  • Ability and desire to provide a luxury customer experience through individual service, conversation and relationship building
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Quick learner - stay well informed of business developments
  • Customer service minded
  • Personable and friendly
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Become knowledgeable about our stores and respond to phone calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and minimizing interruptions in other areas.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. as needed.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Educate customers on store services and provide updates on repair and service timelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and CRM messaging.
  • Monitor shared concierge inbox.
  • Manage communication with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and updates for watch services.
  • Update and maintain repair and service tickets in the CRM.
  • Step in as a customer service specialist on the sales floor during high-volume times when needed.
  • Assist customer service with projects and special initiatives.
