About The Position

This position will require you to be in the office or in the field a minimum of four (4) days per week and/or as additionally required. The purpose of this role is to create engaging, relevant, visually appealing content through a variety of media to support our company’s internal and external communications efforts. The successful candidate will leverage various multimedia tools and techniques to produce content that helps us build meaningful connection with our audiences. Who You Are An enthusiastic content creator, experienced in video, graphic design, and photography. A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and has a high comfort level being in a dynamic, professional setting. An innovative storyteller and keen trend-spotter, experienced in translating key messages to trend-forward content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience within creative/content/media/marketing industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in video, multimedia design and production, audio and video technology a plus
  • Proficiency in using multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and mobile-first editing apps.
  • Knowledge of video and audio production techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content, including video, photo, audio, graphics, and dynamic presentation decks to support our communications efforts across owned and paid advertising channels.
  • Visit worksites to capture content around industry-leading crews and subject matter experts hard at work for our customers.
  • Take lead in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for multimedia projects.
  • Lead the short-form social forward video production process, from ideation to field production to editing.
  • Ensure content meets company standards for quality and brand consistency.
  • Work with project teams to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain multimedia equipment and software.
  • Ensure all multimedia materials are stored, backed up and archived properly.
