Requirements

• Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist.
• Must have ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
• Must have pleasant telephone voice, and be able to work closely with other operators.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
