Position Overview: We are urgently searching for a highly organized and dependable Communications Assistant (ASAP) to support the communications team and assist with day-to-day content coordination, messaging support, and internal communication tasks at our Cincinnati, OH location.

Requirements

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in administrative, communications, or support roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, reliable, and able to work with discretion.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing internal and external communications materials.
Support the coordination and distribution of company messaging and updates.
Help maintain communication calendars and track scheduled announcements.
Serve as a point of contact for basic communication inquiries from staff and teams.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and timely information flow.
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of communication materials.
