The Corporate Communications department manages global external communications on behalf of CAA, including media relations, speaking engagements, advertising, social media, and events. In addition, the department manages internal communications worldwide. The Corporate Communications group also includes a Digital Marketing team, overseeing CAA’s social media and web presence; and a Creative Services team of video editors and graphic designers. The world’s leading full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an Assistant to support the Head of the Corporate Communications department. The ideal candidate is motivated, quick-thinking, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be capable of managing a high volume of administrative responsibilities while communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and business partners. The role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
