Location: We are currently looking for a Communications Coordinator for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, e.g. Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design
  • Exemplifies diverse writing styles
  • Excellent editing and communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
  • Strong graphic design skills, knowledge of design theory, and attention to detail
  • Concepting and ideation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat Pro
  • Ability to piotizie and meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects
  • Minimum of 7+ years of similar A/E industry marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread qualification/proposal submittals that include cover letters, firm overviews, project descriptions, resumes, project approach, closing statements, and ancillary pieces
  • Coordinate collection of data/information to support submittal/interview requirements
  • Research, interview, and write a variety of external content for websites, newsletters, thought leadership articles, infographics, brochures, fliers, and related marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing director, marketing writers, and graphic designers in development of marketing collateral
  • Lead social media strategy meetings, maintain social media calendar, and upload content
  • Develop social media campaigns and content with marketing writers and graphic designers
  • Collaborate with the marketing director, marketing writers, and project champions in development of submittal/interview outlines, win strategies, and content
  • Apply firm's brand in layout of submittals and interviews/presentations
