Department Summary: MITRE is seeking a Communications & Networking Engineer for the N174 All Domain Integration work program supporting PEO Communications, Command, Control and Battle Management (C3BM) and Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). The role will primarily focus on development of airborne communications capabilities and their integration within the DAF Battle Network. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise with emphasis on beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) communications, tactical network architectures, and edge processing environments. This role includes hands-on engineering in lab and field/flight-test contexts, including experimentation and rapid prototyping, and contributing to sponsor-facing deliverables and technical interchange activities.
