The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated internal and external communications strategies that advance enterprise (for ASP & Infection Prevention Group) priorities, strengthen brand reputation, and drive employee engagement. This role serves as a versatile communications practitioner capable of managing the full spectrum of corporate communications, translating leadership priorities, business strategy, global townhalls and cultural narratives into compelling content across internal channels, owned digital platforms, and earned media. Operating within a matrixed environment, this role partners closely with senior leaders, corporate functions, and parent company communications teams to ensure message alignment, editorial discipline, and consistent brand voice across all audiences—employees, prospective talent, media, and external stakeholders.
