About The Position

Bottomless Promotion is seeking a detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support internal coordination and client communication efforts during in-person campaigns and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, in-person environments.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Provide accurate information to customers during events.
• Assist with organizing schedules, materials, and reports.
• Support overall campaign coordination and execution.
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
