Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate (Teller) with working knowledge of operational and administrative branch banking functions. Considerations made for retail operations experience.
Skills & Qualifications: Leadership and management skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and effective communication.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Ability: Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to achieve performance expectations, uphold standards, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and communication.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service experiences and resolve inquiries and service deficiencies promptly and accurately.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain precision in balancing and managing vault, office currency, and coin levels, while ensuring adherence to controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Sales & Referrals: Facilitate office-wide success by guiding the team to identify sales opportunities and make referrals to other departments or services.
Risk Management: Mitigate risks by ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the bank and customers.
