Apply now so we can make a lasting impact together! General Responsibilities Provide home visiting services to families in designated areas. Maintain open, friendly, and cooperative relationships with families, promoting parent-child bonding. Adhere to safe work practices, agency policies, and regulations. Keep Doula Supervisor informed and assist with family coordination of care. Recruit and complete referrals for Doula program and Early Head Start programs. Serve as a positive role model and build trusting relationships with parents and health care providers. Provide direct services to prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and parenting mothers. Organize and coordinate prenatal groups and support clients through labor and delivery. Maintain post-partum contact, support breastfeeding, and infant care. Make appropriate referrals, provide community outreach, and advocate for participant families. Other duties as assigned within the guidelines of this position.
