About The Position

Position Summary: The Therapist for The R.I.S.E. Program (Real Impact for Stability and Empowerment) provides trauma-informed, community-based clinical services to children, youth, and families experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, or environmental challenges. The Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive support in homes, schools, and community settings with the goal of stabilizing families, reducing risk, enhancing functioning, and promoting long-term resiliency. This role requires strong engagement skills, the ability to build trust with diverse populations, and the flexibility to serve clients outside traditional office hours. The Therapist is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, counseling, documentation, and collaboration with community partners to ensure families receive the services and support necessary for success. Role and Responsibilities: This position provides care coordination , trauma-informed clinical services , and community-based support to clients/consumers/residents/members. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Requirements

  • Masters degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience working directly with youth and families.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals in the community and professional agencies as well as the ability to interact with various client populations.
  • Dependable vehicle as the program requires travel and insurance converge.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Excellent organization skills to manage scheduling, budgeting, and service coordination.
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Disorders.
