Position Summary: The Therapist for The R.I.S.E. Program (Real Impact for Stability and Empowerment) provides trauma-informed, community-based clinical services to children, youth, and families experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, or environmental challenges. The Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive support in homes, schools, and community settings with the goal of stabilizing families, reducing risk, enhancing functioning, and promoting long-term resiliency. This role requires strong engagement skills, the ability to build trust with diverse populations, and the flexibility to serve clients outside traditional office hours. The Therapist is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, counseling, documentation, and collaboration with community partners to ensure families receive the services and support necessary for success. Role and Responsibilities: This position provides care coordination , trauma-informed clinical services , and community-based support to clients/consumers/residents/members.
