Community Coach: Ofensive Assistant (PT)
About The Position
Georgia Military College is searching for a part-time, Community Coach-Offensive Assistant coach to fill an opening on its Junior College football staff. Applicants should preferably have experience coaching any of the offensive positions at the collegiate level and. The position will entail other off the field responsibilities such as academic oversight/coordination of student athletes, assisting in the Strength & Conditioning program, assist in monitoring housing areas of student athletes, and other duties to be determined by the Head Coach/Athletic Director that support the football program and the overall development of our student athletes. All applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree to be considered for this position. Employment is contingent upon the clearance of a criminal background check and drug screening. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree

- Coaching experience in this sport at high school or college level
- Experience in college recruiting
Responsibilities
- Coaching and teaching the offensive system to student athletes in accordance with the Offensive Coordinator’s vision
- Proficient in using Hudl, PowerPoint and Visio
- Identify, Evaluate, and Recruit potential student athletes
- Assist with field preparation for practices and games
- Assist with equipment room duties
- Assist with administrative work as assigned by the Head Coach
