Job Summary
The Community Engagement Intern plays a vital role in supporting our community outreach and philanthropic initiatives. This internship offers firsthand experience in planning and executing large-scale events, such as the annual golf outing and Powered by Good Day, while gaining exposure to event logistics, vendor coordination, and volunteer engagement. Interns will also develop skills in timeline management, fundraising, donor stewardship, and sponsorship outreach in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in community development, philanthropy, and professional growth.
• Support the Lake Trust scorecard by helping meet community engagement hour metrics through volunteer day events and other volunteer-related activities.
• Support team member and member volunteer days.
• Assist with general fundraising initiatives for the Lake Trust Foundation.
