About The Position

The Community Development Manager drives territory growth by building and strengthening relationships with community-based referral sources and health plan partners. This role focuses on generating leads, referrals, and admissions through consistent in-field outreach, strategic account development, and value-based education. The Manager leverages structured sales planning, performance data, and community partnerships to expand access to non-medical caregiving services for underserved populations while achieving defined revenue and growth targets. This is a hybrid position, with up to 80% of time in the field.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of sales, business development, or community outreach experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Experience working in healthcare, social services, or managed care environments preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role while maintaining structured reporting and accountability
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capability
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strategic planning and territory management
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and value-based messaging skills
  • Organization and disciplined follow-through
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
