Position Summary The Community Education Navigator works closely with the Community Education Supervisor to recruit, enroll and support students in Canal Alliance's Adult Education programs, including ESL and Citizenship classes. This position focuses on enrollment coordination, client navigation, logistics, and administrative support, ensuring that courses run smoothly and students receive the guidance and resources they need to achieve their goals. The role is vital for maintaining strong client engagement and collaboration with internal and external partners, including the College of Marin and Marin County Free Library. The position offers opportunities to grow skills in adult education program coordination, data systems, and community partnership work, with career advancement possibilities within Canal Alliance. This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring on-site work with occasional hybrid opportunities. Candidates must live in the State of California.
