About The Position

We are hiring a Community Manager for our apartment community Grant Row Lofts in Thornton, CO. Our Community Managers are true business leaders who direct operations, sales, finances, and team development. You will oversee operations at Grant Row Lofts, our modern 222-unit community in Thornton, CO. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
Flexible schedule availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:30pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Benefits

Expected salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
