As our Community Manager at our upscale and historic apartment community, The Lofts at South Slope (located in downtown Asheville, NC) , you'll be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

2+ years in a Property Manager position.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
A positive, proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems.

Nice To Haves

Recognized property management designation (NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS) is a plus.
