About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship‑focused Community Marketing Specialist to serve as a visible brand ambassador across small-town and rural Texas. This role is essential in strengthening agent partnerships, supporting community events, and delivering on-the-ground insights that enhance Germania’s brand presence and deepen community connections.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in community relations, events, or marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable with travel and flexible hours
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with rural Texas communities a plus
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Adobe/Canva preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agents to plan and support community events and sponsorships
• Represent Germania’s brand at local engagements and customer appreciation activities
• Capture photos, videos, and stories for marketing and social media
• Assist with localized marketing efforts and co-op promotions
• Track event performance and share field insights with marketing
• Support digital campaigns and basic content deployment
• Promote company values and community involvement across Texas
