Requirements

Previous experience in public relations, community outreach, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute community outreach programs and initiatives.
Participate in community events and outreach efforts to increase visibility and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and partners.
Identify and develop new outreach opportunities and partnerships.
Support employee engagement and outreach programs.
Engage directly with clients and community members in face-to-face settings.
Manage and support team members involved in outreach activities.
Develop creative outreach materials, including presentations and media kits.
Participate in professional, educational, and local outreach events.
Track outreach performance and produce reports on activities and results.
Serve as a liaison between the organization and community partners.
Oversee outreach coordinators across different regions to ensure consistency and success.
