The Summit Area YMCA is hiring Assistant Community Pool Managers to support operations at our seasonal outdoor pools in Berkeley Heights and Springfield. The Assistant Community Pool Manager works closely with the Senior Program Director and Community Pool Manager to support daily pool operations. This role provides hands-on leadership on deck and assists with staff coordination, safety oversight, and member engagement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is seasonal full time position, 40 hours each week, which may includes nights and weekends. The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00/hour, but based on experience. The active Outdoor Pool season runs from Late May - Early September with some pre season work/ trainings.
