We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about community outreach, event coordination, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for events, meetings, and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community outreach programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community-focused events, managing logistics, scheduling, and on-site support.
• Represent the organization at events, public forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support public relations and marketing strategies to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Track, monitor, and report on community engagement initiatives, evaluating impact and effectiveness.
• Identify and pursue partnerships and sponsorships to strengthen community presence.
