The Community Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Blue Badge Volunteers (BBV) and special groups to meet the needs of the Houston Food Bank (HFB) and ensuring these volunteers are trained for their volunteer work. This position recruits and schedules volunteers, captures volunteer data, and records volunteer service hours. The Community Service Coordinator tracks metrics used to evaluate the effectiveness of the HFB’s volunteer system and reports metrics to leadership. Adhere to PACT values.
