As a Community Support Worker, you'll work directly with children, adults, and families to help them build skills, access resources, and reach personal goals. This role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and deeply rewarding. You will: Support clients in identifying goals and developing practical strategies for success Connect individuals and families to community resources such as education, employment, healthcare, and social services Provide advocacy and guidance to help clients overcome barriers and navigate systems Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners Meet clients where they are literally and figuratively in homes, schools, and community settings Promote independence, stability, and overall well-being
