Job Purpose The Company Vehicle Administration (CVA) Analyst position coordinates the first available sellable mass production order forecasts to support Business Unit strategies for Honda and Acura product lines. This position supports all bulk orders for auto shows, regional marketing events, and coordinates the assignment of vehicles that require port repairs to dealers for PDI and shipment to auction houses. The Analyst is a key contact for Training, Engineering, Product Development & Special Tools, Marketing, and Auto sales teams to coordinate and secure vehicles to support each group's business activities and goals. Also, this position is responsible for administering lease vehicle returns, handling missing payments from LOA, coordinating lease deduction and imputed income disputes, and working closely with and supporting the Order Desk Supervisor in training and coaching other CVA analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Model Year Build Out and Production Start-up Schedules and request department model forecasts 90 days before the first mass production build to support Auto division activities
  • Process Shows/Events bulk orders and port-repaired orders as received from requesting departments
  • Manage associate lease vehicles by coordinating associate lease stop payroll requests, reviewing missing payment reports, requesting payment from associates who were on LOA, and reviewing and investigating imputed income and lease deduction inquiries
  • Provide Ad Hoc & Cross-Department support
  • Analyze cost center inventory and coordinate with cost center managers to ensure vehicles are returned before the PDD date
  • Process CVA management-approved VSC forms transferring vehicle assignment from one associate to another or cc to cc
