About The Position

Caregivers for Senior Care - Bay City (flexible schedules) Build a Career Where Compassion Leads the Way We’re seeking caring, dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. In this role, you’ll help clients maintain their independence, safety, and well-being while providing the personalized care and companionship they deserve.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare balanced meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
• Observe and report any changes in a client’s condition
