About The Position
The Compensation Analyst, Global provides analytical and operational support for compensation programs and processes across a broad-based employee population. This role supports compensation planning and administration activities, including base pay and incentive programs, and assists with market benchmarking, job catalog maintenance, and compensation reporting. The analyst works under general supervision, applies developing compensation knowledge, and partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, competitive, and compliant compensation practices.
