This newly created role will focus on compensation administration, playing a pivotal role in administering and executing core compensation cycles, including, but not limited to, sales incentives, corporate bonus admin, long-term incentive grants and vesting, and merit administration. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, intellectually curious, and a self-starter who is passionate about Total Rewards and making an impact.
