Your Role in Our Mission As the Compensation Analyst, you will support ESPH’s compensation strategy by developing and maintaining salary structures, conducting market analyses, and ensuring all job descriptions are accurate and compliant. You will partner with leaders across the agency to develop/update position descriptions, administer compensation programs, and provide data driven insights. In this role, you will also serve as the internal expert for the PayScale platform, lead compensation-related reporting in UKG, and collaborate with HR Compliance on FLSA classifications. This position follows a full-time Monday through Friday hybrid schedule, working in our recently renovated headquarters facility 3 days per week. Occasional travel to various worksites may be required. We offer a full benefits package for benefitsâeligible positions. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $68,000–$75,000 per year Paid time off and paid holidays Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Companyâpaid Life and Disability Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program and legal services support What We’re Looking For To join our team as the Compensation Analyst, you should have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to partner with leaders to support dataâdriven compensation decisions. Required qualifications include: Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in compensation analysis or compensation program administration Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation PayScale experience preferred Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and compensation compliance Experience in multiâsite, healthcare, or human services environment a plus Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; CCP a plus Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred) Strong communication and partnership skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data Valid, unrestricted NC driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required Ready to Apply?
