This role provides administrative and analytical support for Trex’s compensation programs. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day compensation processes, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring alignment with market trends and best practices.â¯â¯This role will interact directly with Business Leaders of all levels of the company to provide consultative support and guidance in relation to Trex’s compensation programs and best practices.â¯The role supports efforts to attract, retain, and engage top talent through competitive and equitable compensation strategies.
