The hiring range for this opportunity is $75,000 to $90,000 annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. We are open to fully remote or a hybrid work arrangement based out of any of our office locations. Position Summary Leads activities that support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of the organization’s compensation programs in alignment with the Compensation Philosophy. Conducts compensation analyses, develops recommendations, and ensures market competitiveness through benchmarking and research. Supports enterprise-wide initiatives, including compensation system enhancements and system implementations, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Field of Study: Human Resources, Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HR Business Partners, leaders, and cross‑functional teams; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in advanced data analysis tools, including complex formulas, data modeling, pivoting capabilities, and visualization techniques.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to use data to influence decisions, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive compensation information.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, compensation platforms, or enterprise HCM tools; experience with system implementation or module enhancement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and leaders to evaluate, benchmark, and maintain job documentation for new and existing positions, including determining appropriate FLSA classification.
  • Lead salary survey participation, execute independent market analyses, and translate insights into recommendations that drive compensation strategy and salary structure refinement.
  • Lead processes that ensure job descriptions are accurate, up‑to‑date, and reflective of organizational needs, including establishing review methodologies and auditing cadence.
  • Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations governing compensation practices, including pay equity requirements, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.
  • Administer incentive compensation programs, including modeling payout scenarios, validating data, calculating payouts, and preparing reporting for leadership.
  • Design documentation and standard operating procedures for all compensation‑related processes, tools, and systems.
  • Analyze compensation data to support salary structure updates, geographic differentials, pay progression strategies, and forecasting of budget and employee impact.
  • Implement compensation system configuration, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compensation modules and tools.
