Progyny is seeking a Compensation & Analytics Intern to conduct a structured, enterprise-wide benchmarking and pay transparency readiness analysis, culminating in an executive-level risk assessment and actionable recommendations ahead of FY27 planning. Progyny’s internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. Summer Intern program begins June 2nd 2026 and culminates in a presentation to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available. What you’ll do… Learning how compensation strategy supports talent attraction, retention, and equity. Gain practical experience with compensation data, market pricing, and job architecture. Have exposure to pay equity methodologies and compliance considerations. Understand how to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
