The Role As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results.
  • Act as the primary client contact, you will lead job matching sessions, resolve data issues, and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation.
  • Analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations.
  • Support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates, while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development.
