About The Position

About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join the Compensation Delivery team within our Total Rewards organization. In this role, you will support the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and operations., In this role, you will: Lead and execute the compensation processes within your scope, ensuring adherence to controls, standard operating procedures, and timelines for accurate processing of compensation and job data. Validate and conduct secondary reviews of Compensation Delivery activities (including data files), retaining appropriate documentation and evidence. Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within compensation programs; partner cross‑functionally to design and implement approved enhancements. Communicate compensation analysis results, insights, and process outcomes to leaders and stakeholders, offering clear recommendations and actionable next steps. Apply independent judgment within established policies, best practices, and guidance from leaders while building deep expertise in Compensation Delivery processes. Develop and streamline reporting by integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources. Provide responsive, high‑quality customer service to employees, managers, and key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry
  • Experience in other Human Resources function
